Jon is an Air Force Security Forces veteran and proudly serve as our Vice President of Operations here at Operation: OFF DUTY. His heart for service didn’t stop when he took off the uniform. He is deeply passionate about continuing to give back by supporting first responders and their families, and by helping ensure those who protect and serve our communities are truly taken care of.
Joey is a Californian native, a father, a U.S. Air Force veteran, certified fishing junky and someone who believes deeply in showing up for people—especially when no one’s watching. He's spent most of his life around service-minded men and women, and that environment shaped how he leads: with accountability, humility, and a strong sense of responsibility to those who place their trust in him.
Kasey serves as Sergeant at Arms for Operation: O.F.F. D.U.T.Y., bringing leadership, accountability, and a steady presence to our organization. A proud U.S. Army veteran and loving father, he understands firsthand the demands placed on those who serve. While he approaches his responsibilities with focus and professionalism, he also brings a genuine warmth and sense of humor that strengthens our team culture. Kasey is deeply committed to ensuring first responders receive the restorative reset they deserve after the long hours and sacrifices they make for our communities.
Chelsea brings over a decade of experience in operations, leadership, and event coordination to Operation: OFF DUTY. Known for her organizational strength and attention to detail, she is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that support first responders and their families. With a longstanding heart for service and community involvement, Chelsea is honored to help advance a mission that provides restoration, connection, and care to those who serve others.
